What this website collects

This is a music label website. We do not currently offer visitor accounts, a newsletter sign-up, a shop or a contact form, and we do not use advertising pixels or visitor analytics.

Visiting a website still involves technical information. Our hosting service may record information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and errors to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose problems.

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any information you choose to include. We use this to respond to your enquiry and manage any resulting correspondence. You do not have to provide information to browse the site.

Cookies and privacy choices

CookieAdmin uses storage to remember your privacy choices. The current preference expiry is 365 days; changing or clearing your browser storage can cause the notice to appear again. Consent records may also be kept to document your choices. WordPress uses login and security cookies for authorised site administrators.

You can review your preferences using the cookie icon on the site. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing the website or following music links.

Optional Spotify players

Spotify players are blocked until you select Load Spotify player. That choice connects your browser to Spotify, which receives information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies or associate activity with a signed-in Spotify account.

Players are loaded only for the current page. Select Unload Spotify player, reject cookies using the preference panel, or leave or reload the page to stop the embedded connection. This does not erase information already received by Spotify or cookies it has already set; manage those through your browser and Spotify settings. Our normal Spotify links also remain available.

See Spotify’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for its purposes, retention and choices.

Fonts and external links

Website fonts are served from our own website, rather than Google’s font servers. Links to Spotify, YouTube, Instagram and nedomlel.com open those services in a separate tab. Their privacy notices apply when you visit them.

Why we use information

We rely on our legitimate interests to operate and secure the website and handle ordinary enquiries, while considering your rights and expectations. Where an enquiry concerns a contract, processing may be necessary to take steps you request before entering a contract or to perform it. Optional embedded content is loaded on your consent, which you can withdraw as described above. We may retain information where required by law.

Service providers and overseas processing

Hosting and email providers process information needed to supply their services. We do not sell personal information. Spotify processes information under its own policies when you choose to load a player or visit Spotify.

Hosting and email: GreenGeeks provides our website and hosted email services. GreenGeeks support has confirmed that our website and email are stored in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Support staff or subcontractors may access account data from other countries.

GreenGeeks publishes a Data Processing Agreement. Its published terms contemplate access from the United States. Storage in Amsterdam does not mean all access or processing remains in the Netherlands.

Under its published DPA, GreenGeeks processes customer personal data to provide its services and commits to confidentiality, security measures and assistance with data-protection requests. It may use subcontractors; its list of subprocessors is available on request.

International transfers: GreenGeeks’ published DPA refers to EU Model Clauses adopted in 2010. We have requested confirmation of the current UK transfer safeguards applicable to our account and how copies can be obtained; these details remain unconfirmed. We will update this notice when GreenGeeks clarifies them. You can contact info@nedomlel.com for the information currently available.

How long information is kept

Hosting logs: GreenGeeks advises that access-log settings can be controlled through our cPanel account. Logs managed by GreenGeeks are generally rotated approximately every few months, but this varies and is not a fixed deletion deadline. GreenGeeks has not supplied separate fixed periods for error, security or email-delivery logs.

The retention of account-managed access logs depends on the cPanel configuration. We have not yet verified an account-specific deletion period, so the estimates above should not be read as a guaranteed maximum.

Hosting backups: GreenGeeks advises that it maintains 30 backup points. The oldest backup is usually approximately one to two months old, depending on backup frequency; this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed retention period. Backup copies may retain information until the relevant backup points rotate out.

GreenGeeks has not separately confirmed where backup copies are stored. The Amsterdam confirmation above relates to website and email storage.

Email enquiries: Our retention criteria are the time needed to answer and follow up your enquiry, manage any resulting working relationship, and meet applicable legal or contractual record-keeping requirements or deal with a dispute. The appropriate period depends on the subject and outcome of the correspondence; we do not apply a single fixed period to all emails.

Consent records: CookieAdmin’s automatic consent-log cleanup is currently disabled. Any stored consent logs therefore have no configured automatic deletion deadline and remain until manually deleted or a cleanup policy is applied. This is separate from the 365-day expiry of the preference stored in your browser. Contact us if you would like to request deletion of information relating to you.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact info@nedomlel.com to make a request.

Your right to object: You may object to our use of your personal information based on legitimate interests by contacting us at the email address above.

You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Visit ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or call 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if the website’s features or data practices change. The date above shows the latest update.
